The primary value of becoming a CECA member are the growing list of coach perks and benefits listed below.  CECA basically provides you with:

1. TOOLS - the tools you need to coach effectively
2. CHARITY SUPPORT - we donate back to a charity on your behalf, or to your own personal fundraising page - up to and exceeding the amount it costs you to join CECA!
3. PERKS - we basically help you offset costs you might otherwise incur as part of being a coach!
4. EDUCATION - we provide access to select FREE coaching education (CEU/CEC credits!) and discounts on certifications and courses.

Our aim in creating CECA is to always provide you with more value than what you invest in us.  With over $1,000 in value every year, our aim is to create at least 2-10 times a return on your investment in CECA because we know that coaches volunteer a lot of time and energy.  We want to make coaching a more rewarding experience, both personally, professionally, and by helping to reduce your annual coaching costs financially... while also having your coaching efforts provide support to local charity partners so that you know your coaching is making a difference in the lives of others both directly and indirectly!

• "$26.20 TIMES TWO FOR YOU"! - we aim to provide a donation back of at least two times $26.20 for every month that you volunteer at least 1-2 hours per month with one of our designated CECA-partner charities or programs (e.g.- TEAM TO END AIDS).  Donations are made at the end of the calendar year, or annually on a date of your choosing (for example if you're fundraising towards a specific event and want the donation made by a certain date).  These donations can also be made to support fundraiser events and galas such as Dare2Tri's annual START THE SEASON or T2's annual WORLD OF CHOCOLATE gala as two examples. (Max donation of $26.20 x 12 months = up to $628.80/yr value!)
  
  
• COACHING INSURANCE - a big value and important aspect of coaching is having proper insurance in place to cover you for any clinics and events you coach or volunteer at.  As part of CECA, you'll receive the ability to get insurance coverage for clinics and events that you want to host through the 4 STAR ENDURANCE official multisport club, and at events and programs that we host & produce.  Note that you must join our USAT club and complete SAFESPORT course education to stay current with insurance coverage requirements! - STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES!
