Unlock Her Potential was founded by Sophia Chang and provides mentorship for women of color. Going into our fifth year, we will focus on the heart of our mentoring network and community’s greatest passion: MEDIA. Applicants will be able to apply for a UP mentorship from any ONE of the following categories: FILM/TV, MUSIC, PUBLISHING, MARKETING, or ART. 

The membership, application, and Build UP session fees enable Unlock Her Potential to sustain our core membership program and expand and support you and our ever-growing community.

All  UPlicants will be entitled to join an online Build UP Session of their choosing.

Please note that this application fee is for the 2025 application period ending August 31, 2024 only. Refunds will not be processed if an application is not submitted by the August 31, 2024 deadline.
