Karrie Crocker brings over a decade of experience gained from working in nonprofit organizations supporting professional athletes and entertainers. Crocker Advisory Group supports non-profit organizations from the onboarding phase to the management phase, event planning, brand management along with educational segmenting, 

Recently she helped assist with the start up of a non-profit organization that offers fiscal sponsorship. She assisted in the overall design and development along with being the strategic manager supporting dozens of athletes and entertainers with there mission, vision and goals.  She recently left higher academia where she served as a adjunct professor of Liberal  Studies specializing in public & interpersonal communications. She is married to former 12 year  NFL veteran Chris Crocker and they enjoy assisting in the tennis journey with there 2 daughters, Cydney (12) & Emersyn (9). 

 

Taylor Nowell

Taylor joined CAPTRUST Financial Advisors in 2015 and serves as a financial advisor responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement advisory services to professional athletes and high-net-worth investors. Prior to this role, Taylor served as an intern and client management consultant at CAPTRUST. Taylor graduated with a finance degree from Mississippi State University.

Antavious Coates is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina where he was a three sport letterman for Greenwood High. He eventually went on to earn the William J. McKenna Football Scholarship to the University of Georgia in 2005 where he lettered. He began his sports management career in 2011 after receiving his Masters in Sports Management and Policy from the University of Georgia.

Following grad school, Mr.Coates went on to the Sports Consulting Group at UBS Financial Services were he served as a Recruiter and Client Services Associate before becoming a financial advisor. He provided distinctive new client acquisition solutions and budget planning while maintaining client and industry relationships. With his developed network, Mr. Coates possessed the tools to provide clients with great representation and long-term success in their careers.

While discovering that his passion was truly in sports marketing, he decided to take a leap of faith and step away from the financial world to begin his journey. After spending 5 years at ESM, Antavious became one of the most influential and accomplished  marketing agents in the Southeast. Now he’s lead Marketing Executive in Atlanta for one of the top rated football agency in the world, CAA Sports.

In his leisure time, Mr. Coates enjoys spending time with his family, attending church as well as sporting events, traveling, and giving back to the community through various charities and other non-profit organizations. Also a proud and dedicated member of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi.

Elizabeth Randall

ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER 

Elizabeth J. Randall is the Founder and President of Randall Commercial Group, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate investment and advisory firm operating in 13 states for individual, institutional, and publicly traded company investors across the US. Randall Commercial Group was named to the 2023 INC. Magazine’s INC. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in US.

Randall Commercial has been involved with transactions and assets totally over $1.1 Billion in value. Since 2020, the firm has ranked in top 1% for transaction volume by Crexi National Trading Platform and is recognized leader in innovative strategies around sale leaseback structuring, healthcare real estate, 1031 exchanges, asset management and development partnerships.

Elizabeth is on the Board of Directors for First Commercial Bank, and she is a frequent speaker on commercial real estate investment strategies, sale leaseback, healthcare real estate, philanthropy, and female entrepreneurship and leadership.

Starting her career in NYC as a Risk Analyst on a M&A transactions team for private equity fund clients later lead her to obtain 5 NASD-securities (currently inactive) licenses and to work as a public securities research analyst with Bloomberg Certifications. She was a real estate economic analyst for privately traded REITs and an equity research analyst for healthcare sector securities.

Philanthropy is a love and daily part of Elizabeth’s life, and she commits 20% of her “working time” to her non-profit work. She serves St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Palmer Home for Children, Ole Miss Women’s Council for Philanthropy, North MS Medical Center Foundation Board, and is on the advisory board for the AJ Brown Foundation.

Elizabeth is a trustee for Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation, is on the Executive Committee and Board of Director for University of MS Foundation, the Ole Miss Real Estate Board, and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She volunteers as the Executive-in-Residence at Insight Park. She chairs the Robert C. Khayat Lecture Series at Ole Miss. Elizabeth is a member of CHIEF, a national organization for female executives.

In 2020, she was named as National Volunteer of the Year for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She received the Outstanding Young MBA Alumnus Award and was top 10 Leading Women in Business by MBJ. Argent Trust honored her in 2023 on National Women in Business Day. In 2024, she was named to the Mississippi Top CEO List by MS Business Journal.

Elizabeth is a 4th generation Ole Miss graduate holding a BBA and MBA cum laude and was awarded the Swayze Award from the Mississippi Bankers’ Association as

the top banking/finance student in Mississippi. She has completed executive education in Real Estate Investment, Finance, and Behavioral Economics at New York University and at University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

She and her husband Trace love their very “entertaining and active” life raising 5 young children including 6-year-old twins. Trace is a devoted stay at home dad, and they are all very engaged members at St Peters Episcopal Church.
