CEA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1970 by family members of people with disabilities. Our founders' primary goal was to provide opportunities for their family members to lead productive and engaged lives through work. Over the years our services have changed to meet the ever changing needs of our customers, but our commitment to wanting the best outcomes for the people we serve has not.
