Sensory Tour
The Cloud Room is designed to engage individuals in a multi-sensory experience that stimulates various senses, creating a calming and immersive environment. In this room, soft, billowy clouds suspended from the ceiling can serve as both visually soothing elements. Relaxation, mindfulness, or therapeutic purposes, the "Cloud Room" sensory activity offers a unique and immersive environment, fostering a sense of tranquility and well-being.
Movement invites participants to explore the dynamic interplay between their bodies and the surrounding environment. In the Cortex will give info about the brain and how certain sensory systems (proprioceptive and vestibular) are super important for everyday life. There will be fun toys and ways to activate these systems through games and other cutting-edge activities. Their program is designed for all ages and their activities are fun for the whole family!
Hearing/ Soundbath: let sound waves wash over you, inducing a state of deep relaxation, meditation, and often, a heightened sense of awareness. As the sounds envelop the space, they can help alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, and facilitate a profound sense of inner peace and well-being.
Breathwork: a practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Aroma Therapy: Provided by Fusion Essentials, Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, to promote health and well-being.
