Packet Pickup Volunteers will be assigned a specific position along with further instruction once you check in with our Volunteer Coordinator. This could be a variety of tasks including: checking in participants, handing out shirts, etc.... Volunteers will also receive an email with additional information within the week of the race. Details

Water Stop Volunteers will manage the assigned water station by distributing water, sport drink, gels and other supplies to runners as they pass by. Details

Medical Volunteers will be assigned a specific duty once they check in, based upon skill level, certifications and course needs. Duties will include staffing course 1st Aid Stations, staffing medical tent, assisting distressed runners to aid stations as needed, roaming the course attending to distressed runners in need. Providing basic aid as needed and reporting any illness or medical injury to medical director for decisions. Any questions please email shannon.horst@ymcaofcoastalga.org

Shifts are built to overlap, but signing up for multiple shifts is encouraged to provide more consistent runner needs coverage.

A provided password is required to volunteer in this capacity
