• 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. ATHLETE PCKET PICK UP
  • Athletes participating in the 1k, 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon & Challenge Races can pick up their BIBS & Race Packets at the EXPO.

  • The Race Director will be on-site to answer any questions you may have.

  • Athletes can park in Gardiner County Park (limited parking) in the local streets around Gardiner County Park or off the side of Montauk Hwy.

SATURDAY 10/18/2025

• 7:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. BIBS & Race Packet Pickup & RaceDay Registration for 5k Athletes only. Located at the EXPO tent at Gardiner County Park.
  • Athletes can park in local streets around Gardiner County Park or off the side of Montauk Hwy. THERE ARE NO SHUTTLE BUSES on Saturday.
• 9:00 a.m. 5k Trail Run starts.
• 10:00 a.m. BIBS & Race Packet Pickup & RaceDay Registration for 1k, 10k, Half & Full Marathons. Located at the EXPO tent at Gardiner County Park.

• 10:15 a.m. AWARDS CEREMONY 5K Trail Run (estimated time of final finisher)
• 10:45 a.m. Packet Pickup & RaceDay Registration for 1k CLOSES
• 11:00 a.m. Race Start 1k KIDS Run
• 6:00 p.m. PACKET PICKUP CLOSES.

SUNDAY 10/19/2025

• 6:15 a.m. Shuttle buses start from the Great South Bay Shopping Center.
• 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. VIP ATHLETE RaceDay Packet Pickup. Athletes who paid for the VIP RaceDay Pickup can pick up their BIBS & Race Packets for the 10k, Half Marathon & Full Marathons under the RaceAwesome tent located on Railroad Ave, at the Babylon Train Station.
• 7:30 a.m. Race Start 10k, Half Marathon & Marathon. If you are late you will not be able to compete in your event.
• 7:36 a.m. START LINE CLOSES! NO MORE ATHLETES ALLOWED TO START
• 8:00 a.m. First 10k Finisher at Gardiner County Park, FREEDOM FESTIVAL OPENS. 
• 8:35 a.m. First Half Marathon Finisher at Gardiner County Park
• 9:15 a.m. 10k Awards ceremony (estimated start time)
• 9:45 a.m. First Marathon Finisher at Gardiner County Park
• 10:15 a.m. Half Marathon Awards ceremony (estimated start time)
• 10:50 a.m. Marathon Course Closes at 13.1mile mark (all athletes that have not reached the 13.1-mile mark will not be allowed to continue)
• 11:15 a.m. Marathon Awards ceremony (estimated start time)
• 2:00 p.m. RACECOURSE CLOSED.
