Attendee Conduct
We know that our customers and friends are all paragons of politeness and good behavior. But just in case someone has a bad day, we have a few guidelines for participation that we expect everyone to follow.
To limit distractions, all participants will be muted throughout. However, there is an open chat for attendees to ask questions and share insights. Feedback is encouraged!
- Personal attacks or name-calling will not be tolerated. Be respectful of your fellow attendees.
- You're welcome to introduce detours to the conversation, but please stay within the bounds of the endurance industry. Politics, religion, and food preferences, among many other topics, should be saved for other occasions.
- It is only appropriate to direct-message attendees if you know them or have a specific question relevant to their role in the industry. Harassment will not be tolerated.
- We (RunSignup) have a tremendous amount of content to cover. If a question has been answered, we may move on and ask you to reach out to us later.
Breaking any of the guidelines may result in being removed from the session. When possible, the GiveSignup | RunSignup team will reach out to you first to ask you to tone down any inappropriate discussion, but we reserve the right to remove anyone we deem disruptive to the session.
