BATON ROUGE CLINIC FINISH FEST CARNIVAL
You don't have to be in a hurry to leave after you cross the finish line. Right after the finish line, the Baton Rouge Clinic Finish Fest Carnival gets rolling. Be sure to give yourself time to enjoy the live music by the Brasshearts Brass Band, while you enjoy a truly Mardi Gras breakfast of King Cake from Caluda’s, Pancakes, and ice cold Abita beer (21+). The Carnival goes until 11:30 am.
The Brasshearts have been passionate about bringing the party to any venue since 2017. The band formed all the way in 2017 when everyone was a freshman or sophomore in high school, and the band has gone on quite the journey since then. The Brasshearts were accepted into the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival of 2022 before the festival went through multiple delays, and from their humble start on the north shore, have blown down the doors in venues as far as Philadelphia.
The post race party is open to the public, but the food and beer is reserved for runners who will have tickets attached to their race bibs. Runners must have ID present or have presented an ID at check-in for a beer wristband.
