How much does GiveSignup cost?
It's free! There are no subscription fees, no monthly fees, no set up costs, and no exclusive contracts. GiveSignup only charges a processing fee on paid transactions, and we keep our fees low by having a self-serve and easy-to-use platform. There is a flat 4% processing fee on donations (yes, that includes platform + credit card processing fees!). You can choose to absorb the processing fees, pass them on to your supporters, or give donors the option to pay the processing fee.
How do I get my data from GiveSignup into my CRM?
We have three options for nonprofits to get data into a CRM:
- Export from GiveSignup and import into your CRM: The best (and free!) option is to export your ticket and donor data from GiveSignup into your CRM. It's a single download for all tickets and a single download for all donors, with clean data that's easy to import to any CRM.
- Salesforce - Artificon Integration: If you use Salesforce for your nonprofit, we have a third party solution from Artificon that does automated data integration. You can learn more about Artificon here and reach out for more information here.
- Ask your CRM to integrate with GiveSignup's Open API: We expect that CRM vendors will want to integrate with RunSignup | GiveSignup as they realize their customers are using our platform for an increasing number of fundraising events and campaigns. Since we have an open API, it is straightforward. You can send them this blog or have them to reach out directly to allison at givesignup.org.
If I have a RunSignup account, do I need to create a new account for GiveSignup?
You can use your RunSignup login to create a ticket event (and donation form, donation websites, and fundraising campaigns) on GiveSignup. You can also use the same nonprofit payment account. GiveSignup | RunSignup is the same platform!
What support do I get if I have questions setting up my event, donations, or fundraising?
GiveSignup is a self-serve platform that's easy to use. Every event, donation form, website, and campaign that is set up on our platform is reviewed by the GiveSignup team, and we will proactively reach out with tips to optimize your set up.
