Challenge Details
Pedal with Purpose is a signature fundraising event for Faith in Action of the Greater Kanawha Valley (FIAGKV). This 60+ Mile Challenge is virtual, so everyone can join in, no matter where you are or how you choose to participate. It’s easy to be part of this family-friendly event.
Here are the details.
The challenge: Bike, walk, or run 60+ miles in the month of May
Registration: $25 per person, 14 and older (includes event t-shirt*)
13 and under join in the fun for FREE - no t-shirt provided
Opens March 1, 2022 and closes May 31, 2022
*must register NO LATER THAN April 17th to be guaranteed a t-shirt by May 1 (those registering after April 17th will receive their t-shirt after the event concludes on May 31)
Form a team: Don’t want to go solo? Ask your friends, family, or co-workers to join you!
Raise money: Set up your personal or team event page so your friends and family can sponsor you!
Log your miles: Track your miles on the Report Mileage tab between May 1 – May 31 and watch your progress on the event’s virtual “map.”
Earn badges: Earn virtual badges and special messages from our seniors as you meet milestones - (5/15/30/45/60 miles).
Get swag: Pick up your registration packet and t-shirt at our contactless kick-off event and get an extra bag o’ swag from our friends and event sponsors.
Earn prizes: Fundraising incentives for reaching $100 (portable, reusable straw) and $250 (Faith in Action hat) milestones
Prizes and trophies awarded to Top Individual Fundraiser & Top Team Fundraiser
Completion sticker awarded once you log 60+ miles
Log more than 60 miles and raise at least $100 to be entered to win a special prize package.
