Description
The Oaklawn Color Classic is going to be colorful again this year! Runners and walkers will be doused in colored powder throughout the route. This event is an example of Oaklawn’s dedication to keeping the community healthy by encouraging individuals and families to foster healthy lifestyles. By hosting the Color Classic, Oaklawn hopes to promote fun and fitness and enjoyment of running or walking for all ages.
Runners will receive:
- Commemorative Hooded UPF 50+ Performance Long-Sleeve T-Shirt
- Sunglasses
- Neck Gaiter
- Pint Glass (kids will receive color changing cup) – Pick Up at Dark Horse Brewing Co. after the Run!
- Participation Medal
After Party!
There will be a post race party at the Dark Horse Brewing Company (511 S. Kalamazoo Ave., Marshall, MI)! Racers, bring your bib to claim your drink special with commemorative Pint Glass (limited to first 600 people) or color changing cup (limited to first 400 kids).

Discounted Registrations
Kids Pricing: Children 5 and under race for free! Kids ages 6-18 can join the fun for just $25. This special pricing will be automatically applied at checkout. Register by April 17th to lock in this rate—after that, the price increases to $30. Don't miss out on the savings!
Multi-Person Pricing (Groups 6+): Receive $5.00 off per registrant. This special pricing will be automatically applied at checkout for registrations of six or more runners. Everyone must register together for this to be applied.
Multiple Event Participation
Register once, run multiple events! If you plan to participate in more than one race, you only need to sign up for a single event. Your race bib is equipped with a timing chip that will automatically track your start and finish times for every race you run. Just show up at the start line and enjoy as many events as you'd like!
Packet Pick Up and Late Registration
Early Packet Pickup for Pre-Registered Runners:

📍 Oaklawn Hospital Main Lobby, 200 North Madison Street
Same Day Packet Pick Up: If you are unable to attend early packet pickup, you may collect your race packet at the registration tents on race morning starting at 9am.
Late Registration: You can register online through Saturday, May 17. However, all registrations must be completed on a computer or smartphone before arriving for packet pickup—no on-site computers will be available. Please note: Registrations completed after April 18 at midnight will not be guaranteed a race t-shirt, medal, or swag.
