ICA's Fall Fundraiser - Step Up for IC/BPS Awareness & Educational Event

Now is your chance to STEP UP for IC/BPS!

Help us keep the momentum going for a third year as we come together VIRTUALLY for the ICA's Fall Fundraiser - Step Up for IC/BPS Awareness & Educational Event that everyone across the country can participate in!

Hosting a virtual event gives the ICA the opportunity to extend our reach. Now, YOU can participate in the movement to bring awareness to your community VIRTUALLY ANYWHERE. You will be able to participate, learn, and interact with others in the IC/BPS community through this empowering virtual experience.

Hosted by the ICA, participants will get access to NEW information through our featured IC Awareness Month expert offerings - all while working to raise awareness and funding for better care for IC/BPS everywhere. And it’s free to sign up and participate!

Join us to unite, STEP UP, and come together to support the ICA from your own home! 

When: September 19th -23rd (Monday to Friday)

Where: VIRTUALLY, ANYWHERE! You can register, participate, and join with thousands of others across the country as we raise awareness and funds for IC/BPS.

Goal: Increase awareness of IC/BPS across the country, bring the IC/BPS community together, and raise $25,000 for the ICA!

Individuals who raise $50 will receive an official Step Up t-shirt! Top individual Step Up for IC/BPS fundraisers receive incentive prizes for reaching fundraising milestones. Every dollar you and your team raise helps to support IC/BPS awareness, research, and education. Your commitment to help the ICA reach its goals will be celebrated during IC Awareness Month.

Interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) is recurring pelvic pain, pressure, or discomfort in the bladder and pelvic region, often associated with urinary frequency (needing to go often) and urgency (feeling a strong need to go). IC/BPS can affect anyone, with more than 12 million people in the US experiencing symptoms.
