Description
Please join us on February 23 at Slippery Rock University from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM for our Triathlon Clinic. Morrow Field House.
Please bring your bicycles, helmets and cycling gear, running gear, and swimming gear.
The cost is $40 per person for adults and $30 for youth athletes.
We will work on swimming drills and open water swimming. Stroke analysis and swimming with a lot of people.
Biking skills, drafting skills, mounts and dismounts and transitions.
Running drills and running off the bike efficiently.
