Embrace the chill and conquer the season with The Daily Grind: Winter Edition, a seven-week challenge designed to keep you motivated and moving through the heart of winter. Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a way to stay active, this challenge is all about consistency, determination, and building a routine.
To complete the streak, participants must run, ride, lift or swim at least 4 days a week for the entire seven weeks. It’s not about speed or distance—it’s about showing up and putting in the work, no matter the weather.
