We will be paddling again this summer on August 27, 2023 from 11-1 p.m. at Scott Carpenter Pool’s Lazy River. Donations received for the 2023 Great Boulder Duck Race will help fund PLAY Boulder’s programming for access, sustainability, and placemaking.
Adopt a duck or create a team today! Each duck you adopt acts as a donation to PLAY Boulder. This year, you can adopt a duck individually or through a team, or you can create your own adoption team.
The Great Boulder Duck Race was founded in 1988 and has since become a beloved Boulder tradition. We invite the whole community to adopt a duck, partner with us, or provide an in-kind donation to serve as a prize for our drawing at the event.
