Description
January is National Spiritual Awareness and Mental Wellness Month: a chance to clear your mind, take care of yourself, and truly focus on your overall well being. Get active and have fun at the Color Run, an untimed 2 mile fun-run that includes a barbecue lunch, photo booth, games, and pie-eating competition!
For best color effects, please wear white clothes that can be colorfully stained! Each color represents a different type of wellness, centered around the active pursuit of sustainable and holistic health.
Green: Spiritual Wellness
Blue: Mental Wellness
Orange: Emotional Wellness
Purple: Physical Wellness
Yellow: Social Wellness
The Start Line will be at Turner Field, the course will be 2 miles on Naval Amphibious Base.
Post-run barbecue lunch will be hot dogs, hamburgers, fruit cups, water.
Volunteers are needed for road guards and barbecue workers.
