New Date: January 18-19

Same plan! New weekend! Who knew we'd have to postpone the last dryland race of the season for snow and ice in GEORGIA, but here we are.... My main goal is to give you a great event that you can get to safely. I appreciate all of you being the amazing competitors you are and wanting the same! You can let us know here if you're able to join us the 18th and 19th. Check back to the facebook page for some upcoming options about transferring your entries or deferring your entries to a future event (I make no promises about future events, but if you want to take the gamble with me...). Stay safe this weekend, and I can't wait to see you all race!

*If you have shirts but are unable to attend, you can designate someone to pick them up race weekend or I will mail them to you.

Here Are Your Options:

We will transfer your registration to the new event date once it is set, and look forward to having you join us. Thanks for your patience! I sincerely appreciate you rearranging your life to be able to join us and look forward to seeing you race!

Choose this option if you cannot come in person and want to look at transferring your entry to another person or deferring your entry. Please be patient with me as I will sort all of these options out next. I will follow up with you and you can expect more information on the facebook page.

Description

Get ready to experience two days of mushing on fast, flowy trail that winds through forest and meadow. This is an ISDRA sanctioned dryland race with categories for men, women, and juniors across canicross, bikejor, scooterjor, and rig classes. The race will be held on shady, well established trails in Rome at the GE Trails. Expect two days of racing on a course approximately 2.3 miles long for all classes; you must complete day 1 to be able to race day 2 (winners' purses to be announced). We'll have food and coffee on site for purchase as well as some other opportunities to gather and relax. Make sure to follow the event Facebook page for lodging/camping information and to stay up to date!

For anyone new to mushing, expect a driver's meeting to go over trail rules, safety, and equipment requirements. Feel free to contact us with any questions or to join our weekly drop in sessions for more information.
