Hearts and Souls 5K

Make Plans to TODAY to participate in the inaugural running of the “Hearts and Souls 5K”!  - Saturday – February 15th 2025 – Calhoun GA City Recreation Park – 9:00 AM 5K Start!  Join the Young Adults from the South Calhoun Baptist Church as they pour their Hearts and Souls into local missions and work to spread the love of Christ throughout Calhoun, Gordon County, and our surrounding area.  Proceeds from the Heart & Soles 5K and Fun Run will provide materials for minor home repairs for the elderly, literature for our jail ministry, and other local missions. 

Registration:
*$30 5K Pre-Race Registration
*$20 Kids Fun Run Pre-Race Registration 

5K Start-Finish & Race Day Parking:
*Both the Start & Finish Lines are located in Calhoun City Recreation Department (Park), 10 McDaniel Station Rd., Calhoun GA, 30701

Race Day Parking: 
There is plenty of race day parking in the park adjacent to the ball fields and the start/finish line.   

Race Day Schedule of Events:
*7:45 AM Race Day Registration Opens 
*8:45 AM Race Day Registration Closes
*9:00 AM 5K Start Time
*9:45 AM Kids Fun Run Start 
*10:15 AM Awards Presentation 

Pre-Registration Packet Pick up:
*Pre-Registration Packet Pick up will be held Friday, February 14th. from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the South Calhoun Baptist Church located at 500 Pine St., Calhoun, GA 30701.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the following: 
*Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female Winners
*Top Masters Male and Top Masters Female Winners
*Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories: 10-Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over
