BMT Steps 2 Greatness Challenge Fall 2024

For 40 days, you will be encouraged to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacities to keep your momentum going in 2023. You can complete any and all forms of physical activity, as long as you do at least 10,000 steps of movement daily. That's 200 miles over 40 days. The goal is to stay "Always on the Move".

Starting October 1st, you will begin to log your activity steps on this site in the results section. You can track your fitness on any activity tracker (Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Apple watch, cell phone, etc.). Simply log your daily steps and be inspired by others who are doing the same to BE MORE TODAY.
