The Breakthrough Challenge is 501(C) 3 nonprofit based in Phladelphia, PA who has raised funds for over eleven years to Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center to support breakthroughs in cancer research. Founded in 2013, the Breakthrough Challenge unites patients, researchers, their families, and friends for a scenic and inspiring bike ride through Eastern PA's beautiful Oley Valley.
