FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What time do the Half marathon and 5K start and where is the location?
A: Half marathon starts at 8:00am and 5K starts at 9:00am. Both races start right outside on the road by Shinzen Group Activity area at Woodward Park
Q: Where is the finish line located?
A: Finish Line is located inside Shinzen Group Activity Area.
Q: Does every participant get a HOODIE?
A: You must register by December 15th to be guaranteed a hoodie of right size. After that day we don't guarantee a right size. In addition, after that day we don't guarantee a hoodie it depends on availability. However, we'll have plenty of shirts for those who do not get a hoodie.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course?
A: No. However, strollers are allowed on the course.
Q: Will there be race day registration?
A: We strongly encourage you to register prior to race day as there's no guarantee will have race day registration in case we are sold out.
Q: Are there any refunds?
A: There are no refunds offered for this event. However, you can transfer your bib to someone else or to another of our running events (Miguel Reyes Elite 5K or Dia de los Muertos 5K)

Q: Where do I park at the start?
A: You can park near Shinzen Group activity area parking space
Q: Can someone else pick up my packet?
A: Yes, you may authorize a friend, teammate or family member to pick up your race packet for you. They must bring a copy of your photo ID to packet pickup.
Q: When will the results be posted?
A: Typically, race results are now LIVE, and posted immediately.
