On Walk Night
Everything You Need to Know About the Night of the Stroll
7:00 pm Participant Registration & Check-in Opens:
All participants must check-in prior to the start.
7:50 pm Walk Opening Ceremony Start
8:00 pm Walk Begins!
When you return from your stroll, check in with volunteers at the check-back table located at the finish line.
There will be food and beverages available for returning walkers and volunteers.
Where does the event take place?
The Stroll/Walk will start and finish at the First Methodist Church located at 304 W 2nd Street, Washington.
How far is the walk?
There are 2 Routes
1.) 3 miles
2.) 1 mile
Volunteers will staff water Rest Stops along the routes.
General Safety on the Route
Your safety is very important to us. To do your part to ensure that everyone arrives safely at the finish line, please review the following information about personal safety.

There are volunteers and route marshals along the route — feel free to ask for help.

Roller skates, inline skates, wheelie footwear, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters etc. are not allowed on route or at the event location. Strollers and wheelchairs are acceptable.

Stay home if you’re experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Keep on the marked route by following the arrows and signs.

Be aware of your surroundings.

All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
