Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for the race beyond the 15 minute window given upon registration. After that, all sales are final and there are no refunds. We do not issue refunds if the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Acts of God, weather conditions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, etc.
Deferrals are no longer allowed.
However, you can transfer your entry to another individual by managing your registration under your profile (head icon). The deadline to transfer your entry is July 25th, 2025.
NO TRANSFERS after this date.
This must be done by the registered runner.
An email will be sent to the new runner with transfer information.
A $5 fee will be charged to the new registrant.
