Risk-Free Registration & Swim Event Cancellation Policy
At SBR Fun Club & Events, athlete and volunteer safety is our top priority—especially for swim events. These are held in shine or light drizzle only. In the case of thunderstorms, flooding, extreme water temps, or unsafe water quality, the swim will be automatically cancelled. While we may delay or reschedule if possible, it is not guaranteed. Participants will be notified via email and social media.
Weather and water-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
As a nonprofit, we do not offer cash refunds—but we do offer risk-free registration. Enjoy FREE transfers, deferrals, and participant swaps via your RunSignUp account up to 3 days before event day—managed by you, the athlete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse registrations to ensure safety and policy compliance.
