Summer Run Club Schedule for 2025:
- Meeting every Thursday evening
- Check-in begins at 6:00 PM - 6:15 PM
- Group warmup begins at 6:15 PM
- Group run takes off promptly at 6:30 PM
- June 5, 2025 – Group Run/Intro to warmup drills (2-4 miles)
