Founded in Chicago and connected virtually across the globe, our Metabolic Athlete 4 STAR CLUB program is our club community that powers both individual athletes and several local training squads - through our common passion for endurance sports, metabolic health & longevity science, and desire to #TrainSmarter and #FlyHigher using advanced training tools such as TrainingPeaks and TriDot.
Whether you're an athlete training remotely on your own to improve your metabolic health and performance, looking to step things up and work with one of our high performance coaches 1on1, or a local athlete in Chicago that simply wants to join one of our training club squads to have friends to train with, this coach-supported community is for you!
We also power, sponsor, and support local clubs and communities including BFF BIKES, Lakeshore Sport & Fitness (LSF), xXx Racing Athletico, Chicago Tri Club (CTC), and support charity partner programs and fundraising squads such as TEAM TO END AIDS (T2) and the USAT FOUNDATION.
Anyone is welcome to join our growing community of endurance sports athletes and training squads that enjoy swimming, cycling, running, and triathlon training with added support from our team of certified endurance sports coaches who have helped athletes win both NATIONAL and WORLD championship titles!
