Winter Running Clinic, Oak Park, is a 15-week program for runners of varying levels. The clinic meets on Saturdays at 7 a.m. Runs, paced by experienced marathoners, vary from 5 to 10-miles depending upon the weather. Hot recovery drinks are provided after each run at a warm location where runners can convene before and after the runs and ask RRCA Certified Running Coach Tia Harrison questions.
