Virtual Dog Jog

This year's Dog Jog is going virtual. Let's come together as a community while staying apart!

Here is how it works...

1. Register to run/walk the virtual 5k or 1 mile. 
2. Run/walk/nap on your own, on a course of your choosing, and then report your time to be added to the Virtual Dog Jog results leader board.
3. Post a picture of your run/walk/nap on Facebook and Instagram with #virtualdogjog
