Pedal the Cause

Hi everyone,

I am lucky and proud to join Pedal the Cause for another year in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer. 

I have been a nurse + provider in BMT/Medical Oncology for 10+ years and am reminded every day why I love what I do.  I am surrounded by hardworking colleagues who want to do what is best for their patients.  I am in awe of the new treatments that have been approved over the last 10+ years to treat this awful disease and can not fathom the amount of thought, sweat and tears that occurs behind the research scenes to make it happen.  I am inspired by the strength, determination and perseverance my patients display.
