I am proud to join Pedal the Cause, for the 11th time, in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser - It's a way of life, a celebration, a family, and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer. Please support my efforts by donating to my fundraiser, and give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
On September 22nd I will ride 52 miles in honor of, and in memory of, friends who are currently fighting cancer or those who recently passed away after fighting cancer. The friends who are fighting cancer are Kate Sewing, Rachel Crump, and six year old Nora Bunn - all of whom have shown tremendous strength and fortitude during their battle. And the friends who passed away are Katy Joyce, Richard Ratliff, and Jeff Bauer - all of whom showed tremendous love and care for those around them. These cancer fighters are strong, courageous, and an inspiration for those of us who ride or donate in their names. Thank you for your consideration, as all donations have a tremendous impact on cancer fighters and their loved ones now and in the future.
