Pedal the Cause

Hi friends and family! It's me Gwen!

I am proud to be participating in Pedal the Cause Inspired again this year ---- from Plymouth, MA!

Lucky for me, PTC Inspired allows anyone to participate from anywhere as we support Pedal the Cause and their mission to provide funding for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital through this annual fundraiser. 

I participate in Pedal the Cause because I know together, we can create a world without cancer. Too many of our friends and family have heard the words "I have cancer" and Pedal the Cause is my way to do my part to help spread awareness, hope and raise these critical dollars. The best part, 100% of the funds we raise go directly to fund cancer research. Plus, they have a 13:1 ROI, too! Even this 4th grader knows that is great math! 

On Sunday, September 29 (rescheduled from Sept. 22 due to rain) - I plan to walk/run/swim with my family and friends in Plymouth, MA (after years of being in St. Louis with the #pedalfamily) including my little brother who gets to do his first Pedal the Cause. Having him join this incredible #pedalfamily and do our part together is very important to me. 

This year, we will be riding in honor of our Uncle Dan and Cousin Kayla. I also participate in honor of or in memory of family members, friends and our entire #pedalfamily near and far.  

I invite you to join me in support of Pedal the Cause. Together, we will create a world without cancer.
