With your $55 registration fee, you’ll receive a virtual participant box in the mail with a high-quality PTC jersey or tee, a rider bag and various goodies. 

September 20-21, complete your physical challenge on one or both days on your own, in small groups or together with your family. Fundraising continues until October 31.

Thursday Volunteer Opportunities
Help us get ready for an incredible Pedal the Cause weekend! On Thursday, volunteers will assist with setting up the final details of the Ride Village footprint. Tasks include bannering, setting up the PTC Merch Shop, arranging tables and chairs, and preparing the beverage and dining tents. Please note this work is outdoors on asphalt, involves a lot of standing, and has limited shade. Breaks, water, lunch, and cooling areas will be provided to keep you comfortable as you help bring the event to life!

Friday Volunteer Opportunities
Friday is all about putting the finishing touches on the Ride Village footprint! Volunteers are needed to assist with bannering, working the PTC Merch Shop, arranging tables and chairs, and preparing the beverage and dining tents. This is outdoor work on asphalt with plenty of standing and limited shade, but breaks, water, lunch, and cooling areas will be available. Your hard work will ensure the event is ready to welcome participants for an unforgettable weekend!

Saturday Volunteer Opportunities
Saturday is packed with exciting opportunities to get involved! Support the Kids Challenge by guiding riders as Course Marshals, serving up treats at the Root Beer Float Tent, helping with medal distribution, assisting at Arts & Crafts, or working in food service. For Taste the Cause, we need enthusiastic volunteers to assist Chefs (a priority role), run trays, and serve food. We also need help in the PTC Merch Shop. Additionally, volunteers are essential for the footprint transition shift as we switch from the Kids Challenge setup to Taste the Cause. Every role is critical to ensuring a seamless, successful event day!

Sunday Volunteer Opportunities
On Sunday, volunteers are needed to support critical roles like guiding riders as Course Marshals, energizing them at Refueling Stations, serving meals at breakfast and lunch, keeping spirits high at the beverage tent, and celebrating accomplishments by handing out medals at the finish line. There are plenty of other opportunities to get involved and make a difference—every role helps create an unforgettable experience for our participants!
