While many associate the Taste of Madison with some of our city’s finest food dishes and lively musical acts, yet the event also serves as a fundraiser. Since its inception, Taste has donated over $1 million back into the community. In 2019 only, the Taste of Madison raised $64,000 for local non-profits and provided more than $7 million direct spending in Dane County, according to Destination Madison’s 2019 Impact Calculator.

At Madison Festivals, Inc, our mission is to create great events that enrich and give back to our community. While we are deeply saddened to have to cancel the Taste of Madison this year, we hope that even if we can’t be together in person in 2020, we can still make an impact and do some good.

We are proud to announce that the Taste of Madison Give Back Campaign. This campaign will support Second Harvest Food Bank and Cook It Forward, a fund dedicated to the preservation of the Dane County restaurant ecosystem, with 100% of the donations shared evenly between the two organizations.

Donations can be made below and we encourage you to consider donating what you would have spent at this years event. If every person that attended Taste of Madison last year donated $1, the impact we could provide would be substantial!
