About Us
Our mission is to guide children and their families on the path to a brighter future. We work to break the cycle of poverty for kids and parents. We envision the community working together so that all children and their families have a place to call home, food on the table, and the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
The Problem We Face
Today, more and more families are struggling. Children growing up in poverty are less likely to succeed in school and in life. We are here to intervene early in the lives of high-risk children and support their parents to achieve family stability and success.
How We Help
Growing Home takes a holistic approach to fighting poverty, addressing both the immediate and long-term needs of families in our community. In 2013, Growing Home served over 5,000 families, or 19,000 individuals.
