KMA Design Group is a SERVICE-BASED architectural design, planning & interiors practice that has been in operation since May 2008. Located in Winter Park, we have proudly served Central Florida for the last Seventeen (17) years. The principals, Mark A. Kaiser, AIA and James L. Moore, AIA, NCARB, established KMA Design Group as a vehicle to break away from the “Big Firm” mentality (which was managing employees, not projects) and focus on what counts, not just the bottom line; as our motto is to always “PRICE THE JOB, NOT THE CLIENT
Our marketing philosophy is laser focused and simple: Quality is better than Quantity and identifying clients that we know to be ethical, and fair is critical. KMA Design Group shares a common “hands-on” work ethic, which puts great emphasis of building relationships through exceptional client service. Our philosophies for project approach, professional goals and client relationships align perfectly with the clients we choose to serve. We provide the quality and service other firms promise yet, far too often, fail to deliver… Experienced, Principal Level Involvement at all project phases and a Dedicated Client Focused Approach. It is this philosophy that has allowed us to build a healthy, sustainable, and financially successful architectural design practice.
Within the last Eight (8) years, we have successfully completed over 165 projects for Fifteen (15) different “Owner’s Groups”. Of those different Owner Groups, we have had the privilege of servicing Six (6) Aviation Clients (including, Flagler Executive Airport, New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport, City of Umatilla, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), Leesburg International Airport and Martin County Municipal Airport):
