Travis, Noah, Keegs, Lolo, Kyle, and I are biking the Badger Challenge this year! Last year, I was a spectator, this year I am a participant as a Warrior. This event is incredibly important and special to me and to my family. This past year has brought much growth, perspective, and patience. We chose to take a horribly difficult year and find a little bit of good. We are choosing to help others, so hopefully in the near future there is a cure for cancer and others won’t have to hear the awful words “You have cancer.” My oncologist Dr. Malinda West is working hard to find a cure, and specifically working hard on HER2 positive Breast Cancer, which was part of my diagnosis. My early birthday wish is to help me support Dr. West and her research, support my friend navigating metastatic breast cancer, my friend recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and my friend with leukemia. Dotnate if you can, or come and watch amazing participants! 🩷 #cancersucks
