Pedal the Cause

I am riding in memory of my late mother- in-law, Marge Parent, whose courageous battle with pancreatic cancer ended in 2015. 

I am riding in honor of a dear friend, Jaime Sawyer, who is in the midst of a breast cancer fight and who continues to amaze me everyday for her resiliency to have the strength to continue everyday despite everything that has been thrown in her path.

I am an oncology nurse and have sat alongside thousands of cancer patients through their journeys over the last 18 years. I am so proud to work for Siteman Cancer Center.

I am excited to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
