Pedal the Cause

Cancer is a very frightening word.  We have all heard it primarily related to other people. Our thought is that it will never occur to myself or my family. You think that until it does affect you and in my case it was my wife Barb who received the message a few days after Christmas 2022 that her most recent breast exam had revealed that she had stage one breast cancer.  

We are thankful to our family, friends and the medical professionals from Siteman for the love and care we received during this time. 

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
