Why I Ride....

Joining Team Edward Jones just makes sense for me. I enjoy cycling and this cause hits home. I lost both my father and father-in-law to cancer. (My father-in-law also was an Edward Jones financial advisor.)  Cancer sucks - and we need research and awareness to continue to save more lives.

I sign up as a virtual rider and this year I will be riding 50 miles on 9/7 at the Pedal for Mercy ride in North East, PA.  I'll proudly be wearing my Pedal the Cause jersey.  This ride supports both important causes. This is my third year, and the experience continues to be fantastic and rewarding.  I take all the positive memories of my dad and father-in-law with me on these rides.

Therefore, I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the St. Louis region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

Please support my efforts by donating to my fundraiser, and give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

Check Donations- Please make the check payable to Pedal the Cause and mail the check to CIBC c/o Pedal the Cause 8410 Solutions Center Chicago, IL 60677-8004 with the fundraiser name in the memo line.

Stock donations and Donor-Advised Fund- When processing a DAF grant through a charitable giving account, search for the Pedal the Cause by tax ID (27-2233336). In the “notes” section, indicate the Pedal the Cause fundraiser you want to support.

*Once the check is received Pedal the Cause will post the check to your profile. Please note it typically takes 10-14 days to post.
