What Goes Up, Must Come Down: Cycling in the San Juans

I have been training for the Mountains to Desert (www.m2dclassic.com) ride since May and have cycled over 1000 miles! I will be riding with my friend Lynda on Saturday from Norwood, CO to Gateway, CO, a total of 74 miles.
