I'm raising donations for the Arctic Seal Plunge to support the medical care of juvenile Seals and Sea Turtles in need of care!
At 11:00 AM on February 16th, 2025 at Onset Beach, plungers will be diving into the freezing cold ocean just like the juvenile seals that the National Marine Life Center rehabilitates do.
Typically, marine life in New England can handle the extreme changing temperatures, however, for those animals who are slow to migrate south, or are sick, injured, or have been left to fend on their own too early, the cold weather can be excruciating and eventually lead decline.
We are taking this challenge to experience these freezing cold temperatures to raise donations to help NMLC take in more wildlife.
Any amount ($5, $10, $20, $50, $100+) will be a huge help.
