Hockey Fights Cancer - Hunter Turkstra

The West Ottawa Varsity Hockey team will be Skating December 3rd in a Hockey Fights Cancer game.

Freshman Hunter Turkstra will be skating in remembrance of Austin Boersema who bravely fought Cancer for 6 years. Austin fueled Hunters Love for all things Hunting and Fishing and is greatly missed.

This is only one example of many on how this disease has effected the West Ottawa Community. If you are able, please consider supporting the West Ottawa Hockey Program in raising funds for the Van Andel Institute through their Cancer Research.
