Hockey Fights Cancer - Jason Hoort - Ice Dogs Bantam '09

Jason will be Skating December 3rd for the West Michigan Ice Dogs in the Hockey Fights Cancer game.

Jason will be skating for his Great Uncle Dave who recently fought lung cancer and survived. This is only one example of many on how Cancer has effected our family.

There are so many families that are effected by this disease so if you would like please support Jason in raising funds for the Van Andel Institute through their Cancer Research.
