Ellie will be skating on December 3, 2022, for the West Michigan Ice Dogs' Hockey Fights Cancer event.

Ellie is skating to raise funds for the Van Andel Institute and its research to cure cancer. She skates in memory or her great grandpa Paul Kirk who died of lung cancer long before she was born and in memory of a dear friend and neighbor who recently lost her battle with cancer.
