Running my first NYC Marathon is a way for me to practice being courageous & strong. I am blessed to be training & participating with First Flight to fundraise for Operation Active Kids. I loved sports & music growing up and my parents encouraged me (and my 3 sisters) to participate. They also raised funds so that all kids could participate. I am glad to do the same with OAK.
