I will be running the Grindstone 100 on September 16th. Grindstone is a 100 mile out and back course in Swoope, Virginia. It has a total elevation gain and loss of 23,000 ft. With a cutoff time of 38 hours this race is an absolute beast.

As a Community Athlete, each mile I run, walk, hike, ride or swim will both physically challenge me and help the Marine Raider Foundation move one step closer to improving the lives of Raiders and their families.
