City Island Rowing

Hi everyone!

Thank you so much for visiting my page. My team, City Island Rowing, is hosting its annual ergathon! I began rowing for CIR this year, and the team has already changed my life. Rowing has taught me so much about hard work, dedication, discipline, and the importance of a team, which truly has become a second family to me. It is through teamwork and encouragement that I find myself pushing harder than ever before, and I know that I am contributing to the entire team's success. Being on the water is a truly magical experience, and you grow together as a team when you row in sync, each person pushing equally.

This fundraiser, the ergathon, will raise money for needed equipment, which not only will benefit the team currently, but future CIR athletes so that rowing can change even more lives, as it did mine. 100% of all proceeds raised will go towards buying new equipment, and all of our current equipment has been purchased through this fundraiser.
