Set Up Results Announcer Timing Points

Set up timing points for a race. You must use the JSON request and response formats. You can add timing points by setting results_announcer_timing_point_id to null. You can edit points by setting the point ID in results_announcer_timing_point_id. To delete points, include the IDs in delete_results_announcer_timing_point_ids. The unix_clock_time_start_ms field is optional and should be the UNIX timestamp in milliseconds that the event started. The response will be a list of point IDs (in order) for the points that were added or edited in results_announcer_timing_point_ids and those that were deleted in deleted_announcer_timing_point_ids.
